［摘 要］ 目的
探讨黄连、黄柏预防放射性皮肤损伤的临床效果。方法 观察组于放疗前2日开始照射野外涂黄连、黄柏液，3～4次/d,至放疗结束，对照组常规处理。结果
Ⅱ、Ⅲ度皮肤损伤，观察组明显少于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。皮肤瘙痒、明显红斑、斑状湿性皮损、融合性皮损两组间差异有显著性（P＜0.05），而对于皮肤烧灼感、干性皮损、轻度红斑两组间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论
外用黄连、黄柏具有明显的预防放射性皮肤损伤的作用。

Clinical Observation of Rhizoma Coptidis and Coptis Chinensis to Prevent
Radiodermatitis

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of
rhizoma coptidis and coptis clinensis franch preventing radiodermatitis.
Methods 2 days before radiotherapy,we used to the patients of
test group skin with rhizoma coptidis and coptis clinensis three and four
times per day.The patients of control group were treated with routine
therapy.
Results There was significant statistic difference between the
test group and the control group in Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree skin lesion(P＜0.05).There was
significant statistic difference between the two groups in skin
prutitus,distinct erythema,speckle eczematoid dermatitis,fusible
dermatitis(P＜0.05).There was no significant statistic difference between the
two groups in skin burning sensation,dry skin dermatitis,low degree
dermatitis(P＞0.05).
Conclusion Rhizoma coptidis and coptis clinensis can significantly
prevent radiodermatitis.
