［摘 要］ 目的 探讨倍他米松局部用药治疗口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）的疗效。
方法 OLP患者48例随机分为A，B两组，A组局部注射复方倍他米松联合应用倍他米松糊剂，疗程4周；B组口服强的松联合应用倍他米松糊剂，疗程8周，综合分析两组疗效及复发情况。
结果 A组有效率75.86%，B组有效率36.84%，两组有效率比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。A组患者治疗后复发间隔多在6～12个月，以斑块损害为主；B组复发间隔多在3~6个月，以充血糜烂为主。
结论 倍他米松局部注射联合应用倍他米松糊剂治疗OLP疗效好，复发间隔时间长，复发症状轻。

Effect of Topical Injection of Betamethasone Combining with Betamethasone
Paste in Treatment of Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

Abstract:
Objective
To probe the effect of topical administration for
treatment of OLP.
Methods
48 cases suffering from OLP were divided into 2 groups
randomly.Group A were submucouly injected complex betamethasone combining
with betamethasone paste for 4 weeks，Group B eat
prednisone tablets combined with betamethasone paste for 8 weeks.The effect
and recurrence of the two groups had been analysed comprehensively.
Results
The improvement rate of group A and group B was 75.86%
and 36.84% respectively.There was statistically significant difference
between the two groups(P<0.05).
The recurrent interval of group A patients were mostly from 6 to 12 months
after therapy and the main histopathology is plaque lesion，however
the recurrent interval of group B patients were mostly from 3 to 6 months
and the main histopathology is congestive erosion.
Conclusion
The results indicate that the topical injection
betamethasone combining with betamethasone paste has good effect on the
treatment of OLP. It can prolong the recurrent interval and reduced the
recurrent symptom.
