［摘 要］ 目的 评价雷公藤多甙联合消炎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。
方法 治疗组口服雷公藤多甙片联合中药消炎汤面部冷敷；对照组口服扑尔敏。两组均3月后观察疗效。
结果 3月后治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为68.4%、20.6%(χ2=14.67，P<0.01)差异有非常显著性意义。
结论 雷公藤多甙联合消炎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果较好，可供临床选择。

Abstract:
Objective
To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Glycosides of Radix
Tripterygii and Xiaoyan soup in treatment of Hormone Dependence facial
Dermatitis.
Methods
In the treatment group glycosides of radix tripterygii
was taken orally,and face was compressed with chinese traditonal medicine
xiaoyan soup.The control group took chlorpheniramine orally.Therapeutic
response were observed after 3 monthes.
Results
Total effective ratio of treatment group and control
group were 68.4%，20.6%(χ2=14.67，P<0.01)respectively.
Conclusion
Glycosides of Radix Tripterygii and Xiaoyan soup are
effective in the Treatment of Hormone Dependence facial Dermatitis and can
be selected in the clinical treatment.
