［摘
要］ 目的
评价大剂量丙种球蛋白在治疗自身免疫性大疱病方面的疗效。
方法
对应用较大剂量糖皮质激素1周以上疗效不佳的自身免疫性大疱病患者加用大剂量丙种球蛋白静脉注射治疗。
结果
所有患者应用丙种球蛋白后均取得明显效果，92.3%的患者2~5天后水疱停止发生，尼氏征转阴，黏膜损害消退。
结论
大剂量静脉注射丙种球蛋白对大剂量糖皮质激素疗效不佳的重症患者是一种很好的辅助治疗方法。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the effect of high dose
of intravenous gammaglobulin on the autoimmune bullous diseases.
Methods
Additional high dose of intravenous gammaglobulin was
used in the patients who had no response to the high dose of corticosteriods
after more than one week treatment.
Results
It produced beneficial effect on all the patients.
There was no new bulla after 2-5 days in 92.3% of the patients and the
Niksky sign turned negtive and the mucosal lesions disappeared.
Conclusion
High dose of intravenous gammaglobulin is a good
adjunct treatment for the severe patients who fail to the large dose of
glucocorticosteriod.
