［摘
要］ 目的
观察不同治疗方法对激素依赖性皮炎的疗效，探讨治疗该病的有效方案。
方法
采用激素递减法、中药内服外敷法、抗过敏护肤品分别加服中药或抗组胺药4
种方法进行治疗，比较症状体征改善情况。
结果
4种方法中，激素递减法疗效最差，使用抗过敏护肤品加服中药或抗组胺药疗效最佳，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。
结论
治疗激素依赖性皮炎，必须有针对性采用不同的治疗，方法外用湿喷加内服药治疗较激素递减法疗效更佳，更易为患者所接受。

Abstract:
Objective To study the curative effect of
different blue print on corticosteroid-dependent dermitis，
and to look for an effective treatment for the disease.
Methods
Compared four methods among corticosteroid degression
method，applied and took orally Chinese traditional
medicine，applied contrasensitive
toiletry and took lrally Chinese traditional medicine or antihistamine.
Results
Applied contrasensitive
toiletry and took orally Chinese traditional medicine or antihistamine had
better curative than corticosteroid degression method，there
are distinct difference among them.
Conclusion
In the treatment of corticosteroiddependent
dermitis，we should use different method pertinency，
humid sprend along with take orally may be accepted easily by patients.
