要］ 报告1例骨膜增生厚皮症。患者男，24岁，双手足末端皮肤粗厚10余年，面部痤疮伴皮肤肥厚6年。经组织病理等检查确诊。

Abstract:
An 24yearsold
man with Pachydermoperiostosis had clubbing of the fingertips for more than
10 years.There were furrowing on the face and scalp for 6 years.some
erythema and papules on his scalp for 6 months.The histological data
consistent with a diagnosis of Pachydermoperiostosis.While there is no
causal treatment，Acitretin was given for tentative
treatment.
